I appreciate your counter questions. I will answer them below.

I had a few of questions on the lesson:1) Is a divisional chart a

'magnification' or view into a certainexistential scale?[solai] Yes. Divisional

charts are magnification of certain areas. Like, Chaturtamsa is for Properties,

Drekkana is for Siblings, Dasamsa for carrier, Dwadasamsa is for parents. But,

Rasi is basic, fine tuning is done in the divisional charts. This is only a

brief explanation. We will see more later.2) How are the Shadripu manifesting

on the sub-conscious plane resolved intoview by dividing the D-6 into pieces 5

times smaller?[solai] Please refer my earlier mail in this regard to Mr.Dilip.

3) Is the first fundamental division of the bhacakra, implicitly mentionedon

page 3, made by the ascendant/descendant line?[solai] The 1st fundamental

division of Bhachakra is on the basis of Trikona (trines). 4) Is the sibilant

in the word 'Das' in 'Das Avatar' the palatal sibilant?('sh' ?)[solai] No. it

is only "s" sound not "sh" 5) Does the term 'Saptama Dwipa' translate roughly

as '7thisland/continent'?[solai] Yes. Technically, each planet rotates around

earth like an elongated spring joined at the end. The area between the inner

and outer radius is called Dwipa for that planet. 6) Is the 'N' in 'Nara' the

dental nasal? Also, are the two vowels bothshort 'a'?[solai] Yes. But, for

4th and 6th questions, I am not an expert in Sanskrit and pronunciation. Thank

Shri Sanjay and Solai,

 

Namaste. Again apologies for the delay. My answers to

lesson 3 follow:

 

1. The next question is which Graha should be given

the over-lordship of this twelve-fold division or the

twelve signs of the zodiac and why?

 

A) SUN

 

2. Make a schematic representation of the Earth,

Bha-Chakra with its 12 spokes and mark out the areas

of Nara & Narayana.

Imp Footnote: Guruji, my skills at drawing / painting

are nearly non-existent and I necessarily have to

label the objects of (.. ahem..)my drawings, otherwise

there’s every possibility that they might be mistaken

for what they were never meant to be.

 

Could I share an anecdote here? Once Pablo Picasso’s

house was burgled and the police were called in. The

police were told that Picasso did catch a glimpse of

one of the fleeing burglars and they respectfully

requested him to draw a tentative picture of the

thief. Picasso did indeed oblige and on the basis of

that portrait the police promptly arrested a Nun (?),

a Penguin (??) and a Refrigerator (???) as likely

culprits!
