Transfer problem

Shri Sanjay and Friends,

Namaste. I've been transferred as the head of Zonal Computer Centre of State

Bank of India, in Hyderabad itself. I prefer the shift because it would

repatriate me to the very challenging "operations" environment...with inbuilt

scope for "real-time" research, creativity and crucial resource management.

However, my current Boss (a very paternal person and one who gives me a free

hand in executing my job) told me categorically that he'd not let me go until

July end, when he himself would retire! Come to think of it, I've always had

this kind of problem about transfers & bosses getting reluctant about relieving

me...which is kind of strange in an organisation where transfers are routine.

Invariably I had to fight & organise "hierarchical pressure" to get relieved,

and I hated it. This is the ONLY problem I have in my working environment. Now,

what causes this so consistently in my chart? Is it the combust 10th lord

Mercury, or neechabhanga Venus in the 10th, or is it 2& 3 lord Saturn aspecting

the 10th house? I am not focussing much on the fact that Venus is the 6th & 11th

lord, because this trouble always brews out of affection and not out of enmity.

I wouldn't like to lose this chance. If I do, I'll have to wait till next year

to get another. And, I am tired of fighting...Could you PLEASE give me a remedy

for getting painlessly relieved? That would help me immensely all through my

career.
