Urgent help needed

Namasthe all,

 

I need some help in reading my chart. Since last

October I am running into job related problems. I lost

the job then and joined a new company and here again

because of some problems the company has, I may lose

my job again. I am really tense about my future.

 

All trouble started I think when I started my Jupiter

mahadasa - Mars antardasa. I thought it would help me

move up on the career front instead it is going down.

Mars the 11th lord is in exchange with the 10th lord

Venus.

 

Any help in reading of my chart would be greatly

appreciated and also any remedial measures suggested.
