Guest guest
Dear Respected Members, Sorry for bothering with my posts, and Let me know, if you dont like. A well known science writer in USA has written that our scientific model of the present universe may be just as "faulty" as Columbus's map of earth. And between modern cosmology and Vedic view, while there are some similarities, there are great differences too. Bottom Line: Today science is in the stage of infancy. Technology gadgets, reams of software wont beat the dust at the time of sages of yore. Some examples: Cosmologist's universe is static; Vedic brahmAnda (that contains the whole universe) spins around a central axis through 'hiraNyagarBha'. Cosmologist's universe arose from an indescribable singularity; Vedic universe from an Indescribable, permanent, pure. The most fundamental particle, parent of all fundamental particle we know today, arose in a uniform sea from the singularity under tremendous heat (big bang); Vedic image is of a sea of salila -> Apa -> ka -> ma -> la (not water of earth) with no such intense heat, etc. Regards, VR
Guest guest
Om Gurave Namah ------------------------ Dear Venkat, The big bang theory has been thrown in the dustbin a decade back. This is of course, still taught in India! We are really in the dark ages. When will India learn to get the best knowledge and realise its value? Achyuta Dasa says the time has come... Guest guest
Dear Sanjay, >The big bang theory has been thrown in the dustbin a >decade back. Almost all new theories, including the new theory "Theory of Inflation" by Alon Goth will be thrashed in near future. These sciences are self-correcting and fits into the frame work of *Aristotelian* logic of DUALITY, which is utterly skewed up and INCOMPLETE. This is 100% contradictory to Vedic system. Let me show an example of this duality and you showed how it failed, in Varahamihira List to Guru Zoran Regarding Double Negatives Principle Zoran's Post: varahamihira/message/8042 Your Answer: varahamihira/message/8052 This logical system, which is foundation of education systems on the Earth, except Veda paatashaala-s, Peetas, like Kanchi, Sr`ngeri et al. We would see more light only if distract from this tribal education systems, which is the basis of today hip-hop, raps, Modern culture(Tribal culture) et al. >This is of course, still taught in India! We are >really in the dark ages. Most of the Indian schools teach Indian History, induced by Max Muller, Mac Cauley Tribes and Indology texts, written during 18th century. > When will India learn to get the best knowledge and > realise its value? well, dishing out Veda-s and slandering R`shi-s is virtue as per Indology(The peeps at the Dept of Indian Studies and Sankrit at US and European Schools) tradition. And our spinless textbook writers in India is carrying their thrash. Thus, Indian students' minds at schools are contaminated with this garbage. -There are many Rik mantra-s that give numbers, base ten, powers of ten, etc. -The chchandas in which the Veda mantra-s sprang up have the binary math notion built-in. And these great modern science say to fundamental questions about Universe(Brahmaanda): "I don't know, stupid" is it not? Did you translate any Achyuta Dasa's works into English? Atleast, draft! Guest guest
Om Gurave Namah ------------------------ Dear Venkateswara Ditto..I say Ditto. There will be a time when they will realise and that shall be their Good fortune! By the way, please tell Sailesh to call the winter camp at Hyderabad "Vyankatesa Sarma Conference" after the greatest Jyotish of Andhra desha. Very few people talk of him and it is time the world realised his class..his substance, his foundation and what he calls basic is beyond words.
