Guest guest
Hare Rama Krishna ------------------- Namaste Solaiji & Mr. Feelay In lesson -5, there is a reference of the 3 elements of Rasis , namely Vaata, Pitta & Kapha. Please let me know the followings in relation to this: a)What are the characteristics of these elements? b)How they produce diseases? c)How to get an idea of a cure of a disease produced by these elements? d)other than producing disease, what are their other areas of influence? Solaiji, in the lesson you have written," Elements have direct impact on body constitution, whereas tatwas influences the characteristics of the native." Will you please elaborate the point with an example? In another place, you have written,"A yoga or Dosha formed out of this rasi aspect is permanent in nature." Please elaborate this point also with an example. With warm regards Dilip Banerjee.
Guest guest
Hare Rama Krishna Dear Dilip, Please read my article on Ayurveda and Jyotish in the November 2001 issue of Jyotish News. V, P and K are doshas and the study of these doshas and their action on the human constitution is the entire study of Ayurveda. After you read the article you can ask me questions. I have not read lesson 5 but you should be able to determine your own constitution from the info in my article. Maybe Lesson 6 should be about that or we can have an article in Jyotish Digest about it.
