Dear Sanjay,

I'll save you the trouble. I'm naturally flippant, which I don't think is the

done thing here. So I've decided not to post again until I can gather myself to

be properly staid, if at all that's probable :)

I'm sure there's a whole lot of people who'll now be happy reading this too :)

Warm regards,

PS: My astro studies will go on in all seriousness, though. Utterly doubtless.

Om Gurave Namah

Dear Ramapriya,

I will have to start moderating your mails if you continue like this. Now, try

to attempt that question by Kasturi Rangan seriously.

Best Regards,

Dear Kasturi Rangan,

If you or someone else is looking for research data into somnambulists, ask me

for my chart. Utterly indolent when awake, I used to drive my folks up the wall

in my adolescence, often walking out in broad starlight in the dead of night,

completely asleep. Or so they say. And what makes you think snakes are

frightening? They make nice pets too, if you know how to handle 'em. I dream

all the while of cuddling and playing with pythons, and probably would have had

one at home by now had there not been a 4-yr old around.

Like you said, you can't forget some dreams. Like the one I had when I was

eating marshmallows all night and woke up to find the pillow missing. Never

found it :)

Warm regards,

[sJC: Achyuta Gurukul] Dreams, Deha-level ND and Transits

|| Om Gurave Namah |||| Om Namo Narayanaya ||Dreams, Deha-level ND and Transits-

Computation & IntrepretationI was reading Sri. Narasimha's posts (No.1764 of VA

list) in the archives when he taught about Narayana Dasa and how he timed

certain events with Deha Antar Dasa.Pt Rath had wonderfully explained how the

mind is impacted by extraneous influences and cosmic powers in his book

"Narayana Dasa".Looking at the various computations till the DAD level and

transits, how can we intrepret dreams which occur during sleep? We may not be

able to time it, but Prana Dasa, DAD and transits should provide an answer, on

how mind or the sub-conscious receive the impact and possibly the source too.

Some dreams may be forgotten because they lie at the sub-conscious level. Some

dreams can never be forgotten.Suppose we have a pleasant dream of driving a

Merc happily with family, 4th house should show some impact. Or, when we have a

frightening dream about a snake it should have something to do with Rahu or

Ketu. Some may sleep-talk, sleep-walk, scream, murmur, blabber or speak clearly

in sleep. If only we are able to time these events, I am sure the ND sub-periods

can provide an answer to dream analysis and research. Maybe varga ND will have

to be computed too!Gurus may please elaborate and provide more knowledge.
