Dear Kumar,

Please do not wear gems lightly.Analyse whether you really need to wear gem for

Sun.If so his gem is Ruby per ancient texts.I have not yet seen any authentic

text of sages giving out weights necessary to give proper results. You should

concentrate more on correct colour and clarity of the Gem rather than its size.

Wear a size which suits both your finger and your pocket.

Why I am writing this is the way you have pharsed the question. You are talking

about strengthening the Sun.I presume that it is debilitated in the

chart.If placed in wrong place and owning Evil house your wearing his gem is

likely to harm more than help.

Respected list members,I have been a silent memeber of this list since about 2

months now,and am seeking the help from the gurus and experts for the first

time.Can one wear a Red Garnet (Rhodolite) gem stone for strengtheningof Sun in

a chart ? I am little confused, because Garnets arealso meant for Ketu.If yes,

I apologize for the delay for responding to your email.

 

First of all, I am grateful to you for taking time to write

down your suggestions.

 

I wish to strenghen Sun in my wife's chart. She is an Aquarius

ascendant, and Sun is though well placed in Pisces, is

hammered between the 6th and the 8th lords.

 

I hope wearing a Sun stone is good.
