Dear friends,Happy New Year!One of my relatives is a Leo ascendant and her 12th

lord moon is debilitated in the fourth house. I do not think the debility of

moon is cancelled. (The depositor Mars is in Pisces) However she landed in a

prestigious administrative career in the Public Sector in the sub period of

Moon in the major period of Ketu. She also got married in the sub-period of

Moon in the major period Venus. My question is how these two (career and

marriage) became possible in the sub period of the debilitated 12th house lord
