Guest guest
Hare Rama Krishna! Gurudev Sanjayji, Pranams. In one of your recent mails, you have suggested reading The Vedas for all the students of Jyotish. I have only read the book 'The Vedas' written by Sri Chabrasekhara Saraswati, which gives a bird's eye view of Vedas, Vedangas, upa vedas & Puranas. That gave me an idea of the vastness of the subject. Could you pls guide me starting when and which shakha I should attempt to study. I am attaching my chart also for your reference. Thanks and regards viswanadham 1 29 1961 2.140000 -5.300000 -81.420000 16.450000 0.000000
Guest guest
Om Ram Rampati Ragupati Jai Jai Namaste, Reading the Ved is one thing...and LISTENING to them ( Soma, Rik, etc) is also key. It is the sound/vibrations that the great rishi's bring to us...the meter is just as important. So , to read the Ved is wonderful.... to Read the "Cream" of the Ved , we can read the Bhagavad Gita.
