22nd SJC Mumbai meetings

Respected learned list members,

Our 22nd mumbai meeting was held on 29.06.03. The same was attended by,

We had general discussion on the following horoscope and tried to look into

various aspects of the native's life. The chart is attached herewith in jhl4.1

format. We would request learned members to kindly also comment on the same.

The actual life description has been marked in black, the analysis in blue and

doubts are in bold red.

Chart Details:

Male native

2nd Dec 1973,

9. 40 pm,

mumbai

 

 

1. The nature of his father and financial status of his father.

 

Father was extremely rich businessman

 

In rasi: 9L Jup is with Ven and Moon - 7L from Jup is in 2nd from Jup shows

father's financial condition.

In D12: Jup is exaulted. 9L Mer strong in own house having Ju - 7L from Mer in

11th exaulted. Also Moon - 11L from Mer is in 10th. These may show that his

father was a businessman and very rich.

 

The native lost his father on 24th May 1990. He owned many properties and many

businesses, he settled many of his relatives and his employees by offering

major stake in business, was cheated in 1985 very badly for crores of rupees,

after which he suffered emotional setback.

 

9L is Jup and Jup MD was bad for the native in general. But can we pin point the

cheatings and set back of his father from the native's chart? Is it because Jup

is with rahu in 9th in D9?

 

2. Present financial condition of this native.

 

Native inherited lot of wealth from his father. He is a multimillionaire, has

several businesses of stationary, aluminum trading, garments shop and money

lending.

But extreme miser, major tax evader, in spite of owning 3-4 cars - he travels by

train or bus only, all inherited wealth.

 

Generally 2L in asc. will make a person miser. Here that is not case. How to see

misery from the chart? Also he has debltd Rahu 8L in 6th with GL & SL. Should it

grant him a vipareet yoga and if so, how?

He lost some inherited wealth due to poor decision taken by his father earlier.

 

PiK moon in 8th (marana karaka) and 8L Sat with Kein 12th is not a good

combination. Here moon (also Pik) gives neechabhanga to Jup. This may explian

his inheriting wealth during Jup MD after his father's death. But the period do

not get justified.

 

Also due to marana karaka sthana of Moon.. properties might have always kept him in problems

 

Last week of June he received a letter from leading bank stating that his father

had borrowed money 17 yrs back and he has to repay immediately or one of his

properties would be attached, the repayment is to the tune of Rs 7.5 crores.

Native was not even aware of this loan and for what it was taken, later found

out that his father and some partners owned a company somewhere in Barooch for

which loan was taken.

 

Native is running Sat-Mer dasa. Sat is his 8L (legal problem, debt) and Mer is

his AK in 4th - also 2nd from AL. So problems in properties etc. are to occur.

But karaka for 4H Mars is very strong (virgittamo in own house). So he may not

get affected much by such losses.

 

He was also deceived by his cousin brother in business.

 

Again 3L Mer is AK having papargala of Rahu.

 

3. Marriage and date

 

Married on 28th Dec 1999. He was interested in another woman before marriage,

but had to marry someone else due to pressure fro parents. He didn’t have any

physical relation with his wife till one year after marriage.

 

Do the combination of AL/UL in 6:8 position and 2L from UL debltd justify this

sufficiently? What is the justification of not having any relation with his

wife for ne year.

 

7. No of siblings.

 

One younger brother and one youngest sister, natives elder brother died after 6

months of birth.

 

Let us check from AL in D1. AL in even rashi - counting will be anti zodiac. 3rd

from AL (Sc) shows elder sibling. Lord Mars in Ar. So a male sibling. But it has

aspect of Rahu. So he died. 11th from AL (Cn) lord Moon in female rashi, so next

should be a male .. but this is not matching. 3rd from Cn is Ta. Lord Ve with

debltd Ju.. so a female sibling.

 

Now if we look at D3, Asc in Cn .. an even rashi.. again counting is backward.

3rd lord Me is with Sat, Mo & Ke .. all female planets. So elder one should

have been a female as per D3. 11th lord Ve also in female rashi.. so next one

also should have been a female.

So no of siblings do not match.

8. Loss of major property.

1992 during April end/May 1st week.

Why in Jup-Ven-Ven period? Is it because Ven is badhakesh?

9. Foreign residency/travel.

Native is in India, has not been able to travel abroad, his US visa rejected

some yrs back, his hongkong trip also rejected, natives deepest desire is to

live abroad forever.

Sat, 7L in 12th should have given him travels. But may be it did not materialize

due to retrogation of Sat.

10. curses of this char.

General openion was that there was no curse involved. However the native might

not have done last rites of his father properly this is due to the combination

of Saturn and node in visible sign.

 

11. Doubt about Lagna:

Native is an extremely shrewd person along with being cunning. Natives physical

appearance is height: 5feet, 5 inches, extremely thin, bent shoulders, non

attractive, big eyes popping out, lacks stamina, tends to avoid lunch and

breakfast always, smokes and drinks occasionally.

 

It seems that the description of the person do not match with that of Cn asc.

With asc lord Moon in 8th (maranakaraka) in Rahu nakhsatra and asc in Sat

nakhsatra .. can the native get such apearance?

 

Other details about the native for the consideration of list members:

He entered business in 1995, in tendencies of his family members cheating is

predominant, but still the native continues to do business with them.

During 1995 to 1997 he spent repaying debts of the tune of Rs 70 lakhs.

12. Questions raised by the native:-

1. All his problems in life has been inherited due to his father and still

continues with the present loan case and property cases. When will this stop?

2. Driving force is out of his life, any remedy to bring that back.

3. when will he start controlling his business, it seems to be all going out of

hand and when will stability come in his life.

 

It was seen that Sat and Mer MDs will generally be bad for the native and full of trouble.

4. Remedies to be performed to make life smoother.

Not discussed as we were not very sure about the asc.

Valuable comments on the same - from gurus and other learned members would be highly appreciated.
