A question about MEP

Dear Professor, and list:

I have a doubt about MEP of dusthanas, and impact on a planet's

strength because of being placeed on the MEP.

>From the books, I understand that even a badly placed planet is

considered to have some influence to promote and protect its

significations, if it is placed close to the MEP.

Does it mean that a planet gains some strength being placed close to

the MEP, even if it is a bad placement ?

I was wondering if bad placement of a planet near MEP may further add

to its weakness being placed on the epicenter of the evil ? In a few

transits I have observed this behaviour.

Thanks,

Ajit
