Hi Freedom,

I understand that 6th is the worst house for badhakesh because of BM- Rahu

aspect to Badhakesh adds Sarpa Yoga in this case.

In my friend's chart, Ta rising, Badhakesh Saturn is in 6th in Libra, with Mars

/not close conj./, aspected by Rahu from 9th H. Double the trouble? Well, her

Rahu MD and Saturn AD in particular, has been the best period of her life!

/Moon in 12th opposite Ma/Sa was really bad for her/.

I would say that Sa behaves as RY in her case-only! /Rahu is aspected by Jupiter

in lagna, but Ju is 8th L, so that also fails to explain fully /even/ good

Ra/Ju, but Sa antar is absolutely great! Is there any age that these things

cease to manifest? Like Sarpa D.? My understanding is that 'badhakesh' is

'curse' for life /I myself experienced it that way, in badhkaesh planetary

-Vimsottary-dasa/, and was very scared about her Rahu/Sa. She is 50 now.

Would you please comment on this?

Grace is good, but let’s not recommend it alone. We must give our best guidance

with spiritual inspiration.

When someone comes with this kind of situation, the simplest and quickest thing

we can do to help is find their Ishta Deva and give them that mantra. This

insures that they will get the guidance they need. It will allow them to come

into right company, and open to spiritual life. It will allow them to have the

belief in grace, to chant the Names. (lessons on this were given at the west

coast conference 2002, and can be gotten from Laxsmi Kary).

If we wish to go deeper into the chart, we know to look for curses (past life

problems surfacing) with the situation of the individual. When the person is

also depressed let’s look to the Moon. The Moon is the 12th lord in the 7th

house at 0-15 degrees. It also has a depressing aspect of Saturn. As darakaraka

this is hurting both his relationship and his mind.

The bhadaka for Leo is Aries which contains the Arudha lagna showing obstacles

to his image. (For info on bhadaka see the back chapters of Vedic Remedies in

Astrology by Sanjay). The bhadakesh is Mars who is placed in the 6th house

(this is considered the worst place for the bhadakesh). It is conjuct Rahu

which shows indication of black magic and curse of the sarpa. It is in

Capricorn, a sign of black magic, and the Kali yuga. To see when this is

activated we look to Moola dasa:

He was in Mars Moola from 91 to 94, everything was an obstacle. He entered Rahu

in 94 and life has been throwing him one curve ball after another. Notice he

wrote for help after he just entered Rahu Saturn this December. He has forces

against him that he cannot understand. He needs help. To break curses we use

the Ishta Devata mantra. You can also prescribe remedies for bhadaka problems

found in Vedic Remedies in Astrology. This is crucial to help improve this

man’s present situation. Could you please post the remedy for us.

There is also a more technical remedy for his marriage, which I will not go

into, but he should worship Durga to fix his marriage problems. “Aum Durgayay

Namah” will be a good mantra (4 words and 7 syllables).

I truly believe that astrology is 2nd.First and formost is the power of Grace. Seek spiritual
