[sJC: Achyuta Gurukul] Jaimini Sutra Querry: Chap1 part2

Yes, by rasi.

Not really sure of the answer but since Ra is the karaka (for the want of a

better term) for rebirths, Ra getting to be AK is symbolic that the native

is quite distant from moksha. And if I'm not wrong, Ke being in 7th from the

karakamsha is just one of the indicators of emancipation; it isn't a

guarantee as such. Just as an aside, if I use true nodes, Ke gets to be 12th

from the karakamsha in my chart :@)

> ==> But How Ketu will aspect? It does not have a head.

Yes, Ketu's a bit like me :)

I'm quite certain, though, that Jaimini had rasi drishtis in his radar when

penning the sutras.

Cheers,

Ramapriya

Visti: So i guess Paramahamsa Yogananda, Srila Prabhupada and another

1/8th of the world is distant from moksha. Why is it that people with

Rahu as AK have a natural inclination towards spirituality? Ketu in

7th from Karakamsa is not an indication of emancipation. But Rahu as

AK will naturally always have a graha dristi or desire for Ketu.

Rasidrishtiadhyaaya - Brhat Parasara Hora Shastra.

Ketu has no graha dristi as graha dristi is the grahas individual

desire. Rasi Dristi has todo with circumstances not desires, hence it

shows the mutual presence of planets towards each other. i.e. a

person might be blind but it doesn't mean that (s)he cannot influence

the lives of others.

Dear Partha, Namaskar.

Does that mean you don't believe in ghosts?

The most scary ones come out during the New Moon and start writing

mails on the lists :P.

Best wishes, Visti.
