Varnada Lagna & Jyotish - meaning and application to respected Visti

Can u be kind enough to answer the few questions

 

1. Can Varnada Lagna be used for seeing the ability of Jyotish.

 

2. What happens if Jup exalted and deb have rasi dristi on VL.

 

3. What is the basic and esoteric meaning of Varnada Lagna

 

The first question is just an offshoot of my thinking and the

hypothesis that it can be used for seeing Jyotish Abilities is just a

hypothesis since I do not know the real meaning of VL and hence the

whole query can be wrong, so pls correct and guide
