1. Diabetics: Is it Jupiter's affliction by Sun?

2. Remedy: I presume remedy suggested is based on Ishta Devta Narayana. I am

sure that will always help. Would it be also good to pray Palana devta

specifically for Job? Rahu is Amk, 6th from there in D9 is Mars aspected by

Jupiter. Would Narsimha be his palan devta?

Attach your chart before even asking for help, mate.

 

Your badhaka Me is also 10th lord. Just to spice things up a bit, it is in

marana avastha and atmakaraka too. I thus think the bhadra yoga needs to be a

wee tempered in light of this.

 

Ra in 10h won't let you have an upheaval-free career for too long, I think, but you should be ok.
