Hi Rampriya/Ramesh

I understand that Kemadruma when there are no planets in either the

twelfth or the second house calculated from the Moon. Other planets

do not support the functions of the Moon. The result is that the

person will feel lonely and lead a rather difficult life. Should the

Moon be in either a kendra or a trikona house, or be in conjunction

with another planet, this unfavourable yoga will be greatly

neutralised.

Expert guidance from Guruji awaited!

I agree your definition of kemdruma yoga is right.

The definition that I gave may also right. It is given in Jaimini and I

picked it up from COVA (page. 414)

JAIMINI: If evil planets in the 2nd and 8th houses from Janma Lagna or

Arudha Lagna = suffer from Kemadruma Yoga, combination for great poverty.

SR: COVA PG 414: MALEFICS IN 1H, 2H AND 8H FROM LAGNA, AL AND NAVAMSA LAGNA.

IF IN LAGNA - POVERTY THROUGHOUT LIFE, IF AL = SEVERE SETBACK/ DOWNFALL IN

BUSINESS OR REPUTATION.
