What good(bad) a saturn(lagnadhipathi,retrograde,exalted) in 10 th house can do?

I want to know the effects (good/bad) , due to placement of retrograde,exlated

saturn in 10 th house.

 

Even i have exalted,retrograde,lagnadhipathi,saturn in 10 th house,but i am maintaining

Excellant health,Good speach, well built body,well educated(B.E, in mechanical

with distinciton, and with no breaks in my educaiton til now) , but bad

effects are that i lost my father, and i belong to middle class family.

 

I want to know what badeffects that i may expect in future.
