Hello AR,

Would you please elaborate what that rule is ? I know of a chart

(the same whose exampleI have been quoting) has retrograde jupiter

in 5th house in trine with sun inlagna. To add further in navamsa

both the sun and retrograde jupiter are vargottam and hence again in

trine. What is the significance of this particular combination?

Regarding Vargottam planets I had another query.I read in one of Pt

Sanjay Rath's lectures that if a planet is vargottam in some

particular number of divisional charts then the person is said to

have 'passed'the test of that planet.I would appreciate if anyone

would elaborate upon this rule.

Ju is always retrograde when in TRINE with the Sun which is highly

desirable/beneficial case- if exact, or almost so, it will be conj.

in Nav. So, where/and why/ is negative conotation coming from- as I

have perceived- please clarify.
