[SJC: Achyuta Gurukul] GMT etc Ramapriya and all

Hiya Ramapriya,

It sounds confusing but although my birth place is just west of GMT the

whole of England has the same summertime. (In my case, being an oldie (WW2

baby) the -1hour is due to wartime saving. In summertime there was double

summertime during the war years i.e. -2hours GMT. The chart is correct.

Greenwich (0 GMT) is just south of London.

Now, are you going to walk me through the understanding of dwisaptati sama

dasa before I can understand my chart?

i.e. please :))

Love,

Gili

Wrong number, Gili :)

I just know that, when in a chart either the 7th lord is in lagna or

vice-versa, dwisaptati sama dasa is to be used to better analyze it. Doesn't

mean that vimshottari should be set aside or anything like that, but there's

a more case-specific dasa to be looked into. A lot of similar rules exist

for various other dasas like ashtottari, etc., and only ignorance makes me

stick to vimshottari at most times :)

Cheers,

Ramapriya
