To Visti Larsen about Spiritual Potential

Hi,

I am sure you receive a lot of such similar requests, so I am

hesitating to ask for your help. Below is my birth data, Can you

please give me an analysis of the trend of life and any major

happening? Can I achieve my full spiritual potential in this life? -

this is a major question.

 

I am an enthusiast though I have but started to learn astrology.

What I like in this forum is the mental somersaults that you subject

beginners to. There are certain tantalising terms thrown in the

discussion which makes one struggle to understand basic concepts of

astrology. For somebody who has not studies the subject in a

had some inkling of the importance of upachaya houses but now you

These three planet lord 5 houses. 5 out of twelve is less than 50 per

cent. 3 out of 7 planets is also the same per cent more or less. Then

I went looking for charakarakas and couldn't make sense.

 

Second, if one uses the Placidus system for dividing cusps I think my

Venus slips into the 4th house. So that is one planet less. I would

have liked it to be in 3rd. (Can you comment?)

 

I was beginning to think that if spiritual sadhana is intensified it

could "blow up karmic structures". Probably there are limitations

there.

 

But what is most depressing is what i read up while trying to find

what chara karakas were. The quote went something like this-

 

"To one person the answer appears as clear as day; to another,

shadowy as twilight; to a

third, dark as night.

 

 

There are two paths to gain deeper understanding. The first path is

to find an experienced teacher from whose knowledge, wisdom and

experience one may gain. The other is by regular sadhana

and 'swadhyaya'. As you study more and observe the principles at work

in actual life (charts), you will gain your own insights. Both the

paths are valid as long as one is serious and intellectually honest.

Intellectual honesty and critical study combined with some sadhana

are most important if one adopts the second path due to the

unavailability of a good teacher. The first path is superior in a way

at least initially. The second is nearly as good and is definitely

safer than resorting to one of the many self proclaimed `gurus'.

 

 

But for either of these to happen your chart should have the trikonas

(trines) and/or their lords in good place in the rasi and/or navamsa

(can you guess why?)."

 

I do not think I have a good placement so far as lord of Trikonas go.

So should I leave everything to darkness???

 

But there is something in me which refuses to give in so easily.

Let's hope I can strenghten that!!!
