To Visti, Question about Combustion Latitude

Dear Visti,

I have the same case. My Moon is in fifth house

(Libra) and its depositor is Ve with Su in seventh (Saggitarius).

How do I know it is not combust? Where Do I get the information for

latitude? JHL only gives Longitude?
