Dear Visti,

If second UL is Aries/second house from UL/ and has Mars in 7th, how doe it fare

for second marriage- would you consider it kuja dosha? If Moon is in the eight

house break of second marriage would come from mother-in law, is that right?

How much significance the initial UL will retain regardless of number and

characteristics of any subsequent ones ?

The 7th house shows the spouse, and the 11th therefrom is the child which comes

from that spouse. Similarly the 2nd house is the 2nd spouse and the 11th

therefrom will indicate the children from that spouse – so 12th house.

The 2nd

marriage/Upapada, is seen from the 8th from Upapada, not the 2nd

therefrom.

The initial UL is very

important as it can reveal more than ones marriage. Infact it shows how we give

to the entire world! It also shows what it is which attracts/rejects various

spouses to us, and

generally this initial UL is used to determine when to fast.
