Guest guest
## plz forgive me for sending it to 2 forums as well as ur personal id cause my mails dont show up on forum :--( ## FOR THE GIVEN QUESTION August 7, 1963 2nd house is having argala from 3rd house which is not occupied by any planets and gets reverse argala from jupiter in lagna in own sign pisces so it supports the second house and since jupiter is significator of dharma and also a sattvic planet, this draws him to vegetarian life style. Also 2nd house is having argala from 5th house where we have su and venus, so again sun is sattvic and venus is rajasic (so maybe some alcohol once a while) but it receives reverse argala from saturn which is retrograde and in own sign and in 11th house so would give positive results so this also draws to vegetarian life style for person though he might have company who eat non-vegetarian food but he himself wont eat it. next argala from lagna occupied with jupiter so for sure he is a vegetarian. Chart 5 The second house itself is lorded by saturn and gets malefic dristi from saturn and mars in 8th house which are tamasic planet so she is a non-vegetarian. now lets analyse what makes her vegetarian in life and when. She gets 2nd argala from rahu in 3rd house and reverse argala jupiter which is debilitated so rahu wins and she is non vegetarian in rahu dasha. gets 4th argala from 5th house but no planet there and reverse from venus in 11th house who is enemies house so during venus dasha her expenses on food were very high. overall not a good period for sustenance of food. then she gets argala from 12th house and reverse from 4th house aspected by debilitated sun and lord mars in 8th house with saturn and moon so she might have even encountered food poisoning during mars dasha. The secondary argala of 9th house with own house merc and spiritual ketu might have lead her to vegetarianism and she was influenced by her father or from some guru the reverse argala on eighth is not strong. so during jupiter-merc dasha from 1994 may have changed her. 3. a. All Sattvic planets namely jupiter, sun, moon makes one vegetarian b. Yes its good to be vegetarian cause meat is represented by saturn its enemy so i will say for people on religious path should not eat meat but meat is also represented by mars who is friend of sun so all mars represented people namely kshytriyas can eat meat cause it doesnt block their karmas. c. No meat is not good for longevity cause its like transfering 8th house energy to second house and second being maraka stana and having direct dristi on 8th would decrease longevity. [Visti] Right. 10.0pt">Also 2nd house is having argala from 5th house where we have su and venus, so again sun is sattvic and venus is rajasic (so maybe some alcohol once a while) but it receives reverse argala from saturn which is retrograde and in own sign and in 11th house so would give positive results [Visti] Saturn actually indicates alcohol as it is tamasic. Alcohol is definitely not rajasic – its almost a poison you know. It actually damages the body. Saturns argalä is obstructed by Sun and Venus. I have in fact never seen this person touch a drink. font-family:"Courier New""> so this also draws to vegetarian life style for person though he might have company who eat non-vegetarian food but he himself wont eat it. next argala from lagna occupied with jupiter so for sure he is a vegetarian. [Visti] he is, your right. font-family:"Courier New""> Chart 5 The second house itself is lorded by saturn and gets malefic dristi from saturn and mars in 8th house which are tamasic planet so she is a non-vegetarian. now lets analyse what makes her vegetarian in life and when. [Visti] Also see that Rähu is in the 3rd house, obstructing Jupiter in the 1st, so rähu will give more tamasic food. font-family:"Courier New""> She gets 2nd argala from rahu in 3rd house and reverse argala jupiter which is debilitated so rahu wins and she is non vegetarian in rahu dasha. [Visti] Actually since Rähu is stronger, then only in Jupiter Dasa/antara is there a chance of becoming vegetarian. The rest of the time, there is no chance. Also since Jupiter is putrakäraka, children may instigate her to become vegetarian. 10.0pt">gets 4th argala from 5th house but no planet there and reverse from venus in 11th house who is enemies house so during venus dasha her expenses on food were very high. [Visti] Why expenses? The 4th from the 2nd is the 5th house, showing that the sukha one may get from food arises out of puñya from past life, but since 11th house is obstructing it means that new desires dominate over this sukha, and she may try foods from all sorts of places in the world, which are rajasic in nature (Venus). 10.0pt">overall not a good period for sustenance of food. then she gets argala from 12th house and reverse from 4th house aspected by debilitated sun and lord mars in 8th house with saturn and moon so she might have even encountered food poisoning during mars dasha. [Visti] 2nd lord in 8th house – diseases related to food. 10.0pt">The secondary argala of 9th house with own house merc and spiritual ketu might have lead her to vegetarianism and she was influenced by her father or from some guru the reverse argala on eighth is not strong. so during jupiter-merc dasha from 1994 may have changed her. font-style:italic">[Visti] color:black">Nope, she has not changed, but is forced to eat more vegetarian cooking, due to her son. font-family:"Courier New""> 3. a. All Sattvic planets namely jupiter, sun, moon makes one vegetarian [Visti] yes – true. font-family:"Courier New""> b. Yes its good to be vegetarian cause meat is represented by saturn its enemy so i will say for people on religious path should not eat meat but meat is also represented by mars who is friend of sun so all mars represented people namely kshytriyas can eat meat cause it doesnt block their karmas. [Visti] Rähu, Saturn, Mars and Ketu indicate meat, as they require the death or destruction of another being. Mars and Ketu being the milder malefics indicate Chicken and Fish, whilst Rähu and Saturn indicate wild-meat (cats, tigers, etc) and beef (cause of most diseases). Kshatriyas are advised to eat chicken (mars) to increase their strength. font-family:"Courier New""> c. No meat is not good for longevity cause its like transfering 8th house energy to second house and second being maraka stana and having direct dristi on 8th would decrease longevity. [Visti] We cannot claim all meat-eaters to be doomed to disease and despair, but surely the possibility of disease is increased a lot, and hence the longevity is affected very negatively. Your logic about 2nd and 8th houses is correct, as malefics in the 2nd house will aspect the 8th. Good job. 12.0pt"> ~ om tat sat ~ Thank you for maintaining the decorum of the Achyuta Ashram.
