Guest guest
Dear Nitin, TO summarize your posting, arudha rising refers to image of a person rising. Planets in trines to the Arudha lagna help/harm rise/fall of a person's native. Does this suggest a fall in UL, similar to planetary war, where two planets are close to each other in one house and one win the war. Thanks for your help. O Brahmin, I shall now tell you about the Padas (Arudhas) for Bhavas and Grahas as well, as laid down by the earlier Maharishis. The Pad of Lagn will correspond to the Rashi, arrived at by counting so many Rashis from Lagn's Lord, as he is away from Tanu Bhava. Similarly Padas for other Bhavas be known through their Lords. The word "Pad" exclusively denotes the Pad for Lagn. > Names of the 12 Arudhas are Lagn Pad - Arudh of Tanu Bhava, Dhan of Dhan, Vikram (Bhratru) of Sahaj, Matru (Sukh) of Bandhu, Mantra (Putr) of Putr, Rog (Satru) of Ari, Dar (Kalatr) of Yuvati, Maran of Randhr, Pitru of Dharm Bhava, Karm of Karm, Labh of Labh, Vyaya of Vyaya. > > 4-5. Guest guest
Hare Rama krishna, Dear nitin, Sorry for jumping in- but if I remember correctly, visti once said that if Al and Ul are joined in a particular house the couple needs to work harder on the significations of that particular house- lets say if they are together in the 4th house - home is front that particularly needs their attention. best wishes, anu. - "Nitin" <sjvc <> Thursday, December 09, 2004 12:54 AM [Om Krishna Guru] #2 Arudha question, Visti ji ||| Hare Rama Krishna ||| Dear Supriti, Allow me to share some of my understanding, though the question was addressed to Visti. Arudha roughly translates into "mounting point" and is that which can rise. The Arudha Lagna influenced can make one's image rise / fall / etc. Here, because the UL and the AL are together, one will usually find only 1 rising at a given point of time. Since the UL (institute of marriage) is in stress, the AL could rise. Planets in Trines to the AL give it direction. Sage Parasara and Jaimini have both written about these. ===================== BPHS Translation: Ch. 29. Bhava Padas 1-3. Method of Bhava Calculation. Best wishes and warm regards, Nitin. || Namah Shivaaya || |OM GURAVE NAMAH| Dear Visti Guruji, I had two questions about a recent email conversation we had. You had written, I quote: If you analyze leo lagna carefully you will realize that upapada and arudha lagna are joined. so if the marriage is falling apart, that means this womans arudha is rising now. Question: What does 'Arudha is rising' mean? When does it occur? Sincerely, Supriti ~ om tat sat ~ Thank you for maintaining the decorum of the Achyuta Ashram. Reminders: (1) Recite the Shadakshari Mantra 'Hare Rama Krishna' (2) Try to become Vegetarian - remember Akbar the Great who said that the human stomach should not become a graveyard for animals.
