Guest guest Posted December 10, 2004 Report Share Posted December 10, 2004 Dear Vistiji, Hare Rama Krishna, I request you to please define curse for us cause its really distressing at times to keep everybody happy in this materialistic world. Like for example in my chart merc my lagna lord is with sun and saturn natural malefics which indicates curse of uncle. Now when we get spiritually oriented in life, we get overly cautious about getting curse or harming any living being. But say for uncle, my uncle is having animosity towards me cause i married girl from other religion. But in the universal turn of events ....this is my destiny and my karma. Now my uncle or for say any other person who is not spiritual in nature but full of jealousy hatred and anger can cast a curse on us ??? Like for lord Rama, Narad Muni was himself son of god and also a learned Brahmin so his curse was understandable to be manifested in lord Ram's life. What mantra should one chant to protect oneself from curses. I dont feel any animosity or anger towards them but i want to protect myself. Plz guide and help guruji. In your case the anger of the uncle has come AGAIN, but the real reason it manifested was due to causing an uncle harm in the past life. Now question is; once we’ve caused someone else to curse us, did we do this with an ill-intention or a good intention? See if the planet causing the curse (in your case mercury) is placed in a kendra or trikona – if so, then your intention is good, and the final outcome of the tides you face will be good. If instead Mercury is placed in a Dusthana then the intention and outcome is very negative, and can haunt one for a lifetime. So once one has all these curses, what to do? Sing Rama Rama, and just like Rama you will overcome even the most terrible curses.
