To Visti & Freedom - bhadaksthan rule

Dear Visti sir and Freedom,

 

I wonder iff you could explain a bit inner concept of this rule for

bhadaksthan-fixed signs-9 house,dual-7 house and movable-11 house.

Why it comes like that? (regarding specific meanings of certain

houses conected esspecially to those signs as it's said in rule)
