Dear Visti,

Thank you for advices on this list. Please advise me regarding Saturn as Dharma

devata deity for vaishnavas.

1. If AK is placed in Taurus and there is no planet in Capricorn, then Saturn is

DD. Could Saturn, placed with Ketu in Vrshcika, be some other deity then Kurma?

Maybe Nrsimha ?

2. If Saturn is placed in 9th house in exaltation from AK, is it still Kurma or

could be some other deity (for vaishnavas)?

Please advise. Thanks.

Chandroday

RE: [Om Krishna Guru] #2 Saturn as AK

||Hare Rama Krsna||

Dear Guys and Girls, Namaskar

When Saturn is AK, the sorrow one sees comes from other people. Others bring

their sorrows to the native, and the native must learn to drink these sorrows

without giving sorrow to others. During the appropriate dasa, the native gets

to experience such intense sorrow personally, so that they can understand the

position that others are placed in.

Best wishes,

||| Hare Rama Krishna |||Dear Gili, and list members, Namaskaar. Nice example,

Gili – the entire chart has to be taken in perspective. Don’t forget the Chara

AtmaKaraka replacement by Jupiter. What are the lessons that this planet would

bring, and how has it been this far…?Best wishes, Nitin.|| Namah Shivaaya

||==================Dear Ramesh, I beg to offer one example where Saturn as AK

has not brought sorrow to the native. Saturn is my AK and Lagna Lord. My life

has been pleasant and at age 60 I have few regrets concerning things I have done

or would have liked to have done. Even the past 6 years in which I have had

cancer (ovarian) have not involved too much suffering and, indeed, have brought

much jhappiness, including my introduction to Vedic Astrology. I suspect that

having Moon conjoined Saturn and Mars in 4H has allowed me to accept the good

and bad with a certain amount of detachment and has not given me a worrying

nature at all. I do feel most sorry for Saturn who is so feared. He is only

doing his job and in my case he gave me careers which served the public and the

most recent - helping the poor, uneducated and disadvantaged to get an

education. This has given me much joy rather than sorrow. Love,
