Guest guest
To the knowers and the seekers, The co-ordinates of the earthquake that caused the recent tsunami were published in the paper: 3.2670N, 95.8210E at 0758.53am (0058.53 GMT) December 26, 2004. Which chart would be useful in understanding such an event, tropical or sidereal zodiac? I have heard that tropical zodiac should be used for weather, however this chart does not seem to have as much weight for disaster as its sidereal counterpart. In the sidereal chart Mercury (significator for earthquakes) is conjoined the violent Mars in Scorpio (hidden things, deep dark places, water sign), aspected by the nodes and Saturn by rasi drsti. Venus, who rules the jala tatva, also conjoins. Does this equate to cause such a great shift of elements? Is there something that the Ayana Chakra describes more effectively that would explain such an event? Am I way off track here, approaching things to simply perhaps? Please give some enlightenment for understanding the massive movement of these energies. Thankfully, Michal. }}}} Om Namo Bhagavate Vasudevaya Tired of spam? Guest guest
||Hare Rama Krsna|| Dear Michal, Namaskar I think you mean the Sayana Chakra or also known as Vishnu Chakra, which is the zodiac using tropical ayanamsa. The exact date for the incident doesn’t really help astrologers, preferably we had a chart for the month or year to determine all the events which may occur. Narasimha has talked about the Ashada Ananta Maasa (New Moon in Gemini), which is used to see the events of the entire year. Recently we were taught another technique by Sanjayji in the US. This uses the Vishnu Chakra – or Tropical Zodiac, and is drawn for each New Moon, to determine the events of the Month. The recent New Moon in Banda Aceh is given: Lunar Month December 12, 2004 Time: 8:29:34 Time Zone: 7:00:00 (East of GMT) Place: 95 E 19' 00", 5 N 33' 00" Banda Aceh, Indonesia Ayanamsa: 0-00-00.00 Sidereal Time: 13:15:12 Now in this chart, watch Venus’ position for water disasters that can occur during the month. In the given chart, Venus is in Scorpio, another watery sign, which can give excess water. Here it is joined Mars which can cause very violent water-incidents. Sudden, fast or violent waves may occur as a result. The next point is to identify which areas will be affected, and this will depend on the Lagna.
