strengthening Mercury -Doubt ?

I got a doubt .Hope some knowledgable person will shed some light on

this :-)

 

For Pisces Lagna ,Mercury is the lord of 4 and 7 .Also it is

considered to be a Maraka .So I guess it is neither a full malefic nor

a full benefic . If Mercury is badly placed ,say in 12th house

(Aquarius) .How do we strengthen such a Mercury ? Will wearing an

Emerald ring help or will it cause more bad effects ?

(Mercury is placed in Star of Jup and sub of Sun )

It should be seen in the whole chart and then decided whether mercury should be

strengthened or not. Yes, for pisces ascendant mercury owns two lords 4 th and 7

th and as per my knowledge it should not be strengthened unless other factors in

the chart are supporting it / is required for some special reason.

 

If you still want to strengthen it then you can wear a "Emrald" which is the

stone for mercury. If you cannot afford it then a cheaper substitute of this is

"Peridot" which is easily available in the market.

 

Mercury rules the day Wednesday and Lord Vishnu is prayed on Wednesday - hence,

reciting "Vishnu naam sahastravali" will be very beneficial.
