In 2002 Annual chart, asc is virgo, in the fourth kethu- bad-no comforts. in the 7th mars - also bad for virgo. Your 2003 Tajaka chart shows that the asc is sagit and the 7th lord mercury is in the lagna , then marriage is sure. BTW in natal d-9, Sun exalted, jupiter own house. saturn own house. these are good.
