1) What is Kaala Sarpa Dosha? How does this dosha affect the person?

2) Saturn is in the 8th house from lagna in my horoskop. Is this a

good position?

i am running rahu dasha since 1996/09. its giving

me mix results. 2014 i am going to run jupiter dasha

not rahu.
