three questions please

Dear Mrs. Wendy and List Members,

Will you please answer three questions for me when you

have a free moment?

First, how much time before or after an eclipse would

you consider the event to have an affect on the birth

of a native? I have heard that after several hours

time, it is no longer affective. Do you have an idea

on this please?

In this same vein, is there a "cookbook description"

that you have for the affect of being born within a

certain amount of time before or after an eclipse, or

is it more related to standard formulae for

interpretation?

Regarding what you shared with us from "Parashara in

Chapter.44:43-45. ASCENT AFTER DEATH: According to the

following planets in the 12th, 7th, 6th, or the 8th,

the native will attain such worlds after death:

Jupiter - heaven, the Moon or Venus - the world of

Manes, Mars/Sun -earth (i.e. rebirth), Mercury/Saturn

- hell. Should the said houses be not occupied, the

native will go to the world as indicated by stronger

of the decanate lords related to the 6th and the 8th.

The relative planet's exaltation etc. will denote the

high, medium, and low status the native will obtain in

the said world."

Would you interpret EXALTED Saturn and/or EXALTED Mars

in the 12th to lead to hell after death, too?
