Dear Wendy, Ravindramani, Rui, and List,

Wendy, thanks for the posting of this beautiful chart, and to you,

Ravindramani and Rui for your thoughts on this. I'm only getting to

look at it now. -What a great gift to see this chart.

I'm wanting to mention a fascinating fact regarding Moon in this

wonderful chart:

Both in Rasi chart and Navamsa chart, Moon is nearly exactly at

Moon's most auspicious degrees in each sign. Rasi at 17.42 Gemini,

9th house, with 18 most auspicious, and Navamsa at 9.21 Pisces, with

9 being most auspicious. Navamsa conjoined with Ketu and in natural

4H of Moon in natural 12H Pisces, sign of mystics, and in Rasi in

12H from Moon's sign and 9H of spiritual occurrences, and with

Jupiter, natural 9H lord and another signification for spiritual

occurrences.

Visionaries is given as Moon - as well seers (along with Neptune for

both and exactly conjoined this Moon and although classical Jyotish

does not use this, I find this interesting as many others also look

at her chart in other kinds of astrology).

Using Lahiri, deep sandhi Mercury conjoined yogakaraka and

atmakaraka Saturn. Sandhi and gandanta can have special references

to spiritual experiences and suggest that this lifetime is one of

critical importance to the development of the soul...

Using KP ayanamsa, the parivartana between 9H lord neechabhanga and

sandhi Mercury with Jupiter, and Mercury is still in 5H in KP chart,

now conjoined with Saturn and Sun.

These most auspicious degrees of Moon is especially intriguing with

the references often of Moon to Mary.

Lots more in this wonderful chart!

Many thanks and regards,

Patrice

Lucia dos Santos

Mar 22 1907 (20:37)

Aljustrel, Portugal

8W10, 37N52 (Libra rising 09°32'25")

Sister Lucia (Lucia dos Santos), the last surviving visionary (of

Fatima), passed away on February 13, at the age of 97, at her

Carmelite convent in Coimbra, Portugal, after a long illness. Living

in isolation in the cloistered convent, Sister Lucia had reportedly

lost her eyesight and hearing in the months preceding her death.

She was only 10 years old when the Virgin appeared to her and her

two young cousins, Francisco and Jacinta Marto, on a field outside

the town of Fatima, on May 13 1917. The apparitions continued

through October 13 of that same year, and the seers conveyed Mary's

predictions of World War II, the rise of Russian Communism, and the

urgent need for the faithful to pray the Rosary.

After the Fatima apparitions, and subsequent personal visions of the

Virgin in 1923 and 1929, Lucia dos Santos entered religious life -

first in Spain and later, in 1948, as a Carmelite in Portugal.

Dear All,

Before I comment on the "miracle of Fatima" Just a couple of points

about Sr. Lucia's chart. Her life was spent as a cloistered Nun

(hidden from society and in fact had to seek permission before she

could meet with anyone)...a life devoted to prayer and solitude.

Looking at her chart we see that YogaKaraka Saturn, the planet of

renunciation, penance, austerity, discipline etc., is not only

dispositor of Ascendant lord Venus and Ketu (conjunct in 4th house)

but is the final dispositor for all planets. Saturn, conjunct

9th/12th lord Mercury, is confirmation of her religious life(9th) in

a cloistered monastery(12th).

[This is just a brief comment for now as I'm a little pushed for

time today]

The dasa and transits on the day of the "great miracle" (which was

witnessed by thousands) certainly confirms the possibility of a

mystical event. Her dasa at the time was JU-KE-RA. In Rashi, divine

planet Jupiter, conjunct Moon (mother), occupies 9th house of

religion, faith, worship (worship of divine mother?) etc;

MokshaKaraka Ketu, conjunct lagnesh Venus, occupies 4th (moksha)

house of mother, happiness & contentment, confidence & belief,

devotion to God etc., whilst Rahu in 10th house of fame, publicity

etc is disposited by Moon (conjunct Jupiter in 9th)...this event

received tremendous publicity!

TRANSITS ON DAY OF MIRACLE:

Dasa lord Jupiter was transiting 8th (moksha) house in constellation

of Moon (mother)...8th house governs such things as transformation,

mysteries of life and death, cognition of universal consciousness,

intuition, siddhis etc..

Transiting bhukti lord Ketu was conjunct JU/MO in 9th in sign of

Mercury who, along with Moon and Sun, was transiting the 12th

(moksha) house...Mercury BTW was in constellation of Moon (mother)

and Moon was in constellation of Sun...the miracle divine mother

showed to the children and thousands watching was of the Sun

revolving in the sky..I'm trying not to lose myself here as there's

just so much to comment on, and, with fingers moving quicker than

the brain it's too easy to miss important points.

PD lord Rahu was transiting Sagittarius in constellation of

Ketu...transiting Jupiter in 8th etc, etc..

I'll leave it here for now whilst I tend to other things.
