Someone on Astrodatabank wrote in that Cardinal Ratzinger was born in Marktl, Germany, 16 April 1927 at 4:15 AM giving an ~26-degree Aquarius Lagna with Vargottama Saturn in Anuradha in the 10th house of the Rasi/9th of the Bhava chart. This birth data apparently came from www.astro.com though I did not find it there myself. In early April, a Western astrologer on Astrodatabank predicted that Ratzinger would win based partly on the fact that transiting Pluto is conjoined his natal Midheaven. This tells me that we should not discount Pluto in the occurrence of powerful planetary events such as the election of a Catholic Pope. Note also that transiting Jupiter is near his natal Moon.
