Guest guest Posted May 8, 2005 Report Share Posted May 8, 2005 Hello, I had sent out this native's particulars in February and had left the analysis of this chart as I wanted to get a few facts and events from the native which I was able to get only recently and I am happy to share them with you all. 31 January 1974 : 09.50 AM : New Delhi Events and Observations: 1) Was away on a foreign posting from Nov 2003 to Nov 2004. 2) Is very successful as his work place. Has several patents to his credit. Work is in an engineering field. 3) Has had to struggle with his promotions which do come in after lot of effort from the native. 4) Has a younger sister who is a Dentist. She got married in Apr 2003. 5) Father was in govt service and retired from the highest post. 6) Mother is a doctorate and is in a teaching profession. 7) Native's voice is a little harsh. Does not wear spects and is 6 ft in height. 8) He is still single though the search started in 1998. As told to me by the native, he is overconcerned about his children. Now this was a little unusual as I have not come accross people who think so ahead in time. He wants someone with a career. So most of the matches which come accross him are first evaluated on the basis, whether the spouse would be able to be able to balance family and career. 9) The native is religious and has a spiritual bent of mind and delves into books on spirituality. This chart was a little intriguing to me as some of the readings are not very obvious. 1) What makes the native successful in his career ? 2) What makes the native so concerned about his children even before he has got married ? You have mentioned that he has struggled to get his promotions. It's easy to find lot of negatives as far as his profession is concerned. However, Moon dasa might have helped him as a feeble Gajakeshari Yoga exists in his chart. 2. He may be worried about some physical disability. Planets play critical role in sexual performances are Mars(energy), Venus and moon (Semen). Though Mars is very powerful in his chart, retro venus is with Sun and debilitated Jup and moon is also afflicted. 3. Marriage is delayed because of 7th lord Mercury is in exchange with Saturn. It is not denied as the 7th house receives aspect of Jup in both lagna and navamsa chart. In lagna chart, Jup is also with karaka Venus. Wherever Moon (mind) is placed is naturally an important focus of our life...hence his great interest in having children and starting his own family. Will he have children? - I believe so, however some difficulties (worries and concerns) in this regard with 5th lord inimicably placed in 2nd whilst combust Jupiter (aspecting 5th from 11th) is associated with both 6th and 8th lords. 3) Will the native get married at all ? Please reply at convenience. I also looked at the UL and the 2nd from UL. 2nd from UL is aspected by Jup, Sun and Ven by Rashi drishti. Aries-Mars and Moon (both are yogakaraka's for Pi Acendant) have a 7th house aspect on UL. Another point which I noted was the Sarva Ashtakavarga points in UL and 2nd from UL. UL has 29 points and the 2nd from UL has the highest 36 points. Also wanted to learn how to judge the direction from which the fructifying proposal will come. N., It's best not to mix the two systems of prediction (Parashara/Jaimini)...either one or the other will bring success (ultimately) but you'll never come out of your confusion if you attempt to reach your destination via two roads simultaneously. Keep it simple and the waters will be less muddy. What does Rasi, supported by Vargas, tell you? Look at the upcoming dasas and decide which holds the promise of marriage and, if there are any obstructions to this, are they strong enough to deny marriage altogether or do they just indicate delays, setbacks, difficulties in married life etc.. These are the decisions we all have to make when delineating a chart and (undoubtedly) we all make wrong decisions, but, unless you're brave enough to tackle it, you'll never learn by your mistakes...we learn most from our mistakes! I also looked at the UL and the 2nd from UL. 2nd from UL is aspected by Jup, Sun and Ven by Rashi drishti. Aries-Mars and Moon (both are yogakaraka's for Pi Acendant) have a 7th house aspect on UL. Another point which I noted was the Sarva Ashtakavarga points in UL and 2nd from UL. UL has 29 points and the 2nd from UL has the highest 36 points. Also wanted to learn how to judge the direction from which the fructifying proposal will come.
