Guest guest
Dear Mrs Wendy, Your interpretation makes perfect sense ;-) but what does sookshmantar mean? Yes, the dasha would indicate that, however I think this job will not last long. He used to work with horses in Saudi Arabia (6th house - Jupiter -yes). Best wishes, Rui. But let's take a look at the type of work that came to him and the indications for that. His dasa is JU-JU-ME-RA. Certainly 10th is first and foremost seen as one's occupation/profession/status...however 6th house of work (as in ordinary paid labour) is often overlooked. In this instance Jupiter, owning 6th house of work, is conjunct Rahu in 3rd house. This house, as we know, governs short journeys (inter-city travel)... If his birth time is correct then his sookshmantar of Rahu (currently transiting 6th house) is also correct. Is it then so surprising that he found work at this time that involves inter-city travel...taxi driver :-) Best Wishes, Mrs. Wendy http://JyotishVidya.com ______________________________ - "RPM" <rupamede <jyotish-vidya> Saturday, November 19, 2005 7:12 PM type of job Dear Mrs Wendy and other members, Some weeks ago I have done the chart of a friend of mine. His data is below: 30 November 1972 at 6.30 am in Cork Ireland 8W28 51N54 I checked transitis and told him I thought he would get good news this week (11th lord Sun transit over his ascendant degree) possibly a job offer. He did get a job this week when 10th lord Moon was transiting his ascendant degree from Aries as well as Sun was still having an effect. Now what I would like to know is that if it is possible to know what kind of a job. He told me he will be working as a taxi driver for company, but looking at his planetary periods and transits, etc, I am not sure one can tell? Thanks for looking, Rui. He used to work with horses in Saudi Arabia (6th >>house - Jupiter -yes).<< Yes indeed, you're absolutely correct! And the influence of Rahu can indicate changes, ups and downs in relation to employment... As an example, my husband has Rahu in 10th house and it would be correct to say that he's pretty much a "jack-of-all-trades". At the moment he's running a little handyman business, but is also a boilermaker etc, etc.. One needs to consider the influence of aspects and so forth (at various times) but certainly the influence of Rahu indicates changes (different types of occupation/employment) and/or instability in occupation/employment.
