Dear Nilesh,

 

As you pointed out there are a few obstacles for you in regards to

land and property with 12th lord in 4th whilst 4th lord occupies 12th

sorry for not contributing and a disturbing

Dear All,

 

Sorry for not contributing in the recent past.

The last few days have been very disturbing.

Actually I had decided to buy a plot of land at Mysore ( a city near

Bangalore).

I had given a token advance on the 26th of Jan with a commitment

from the broker that all the statutory documents will be made

available within 10 -12 days time.I have been following up with the

broker on a daily basis. But some how the other he has been delaying

things and has been avoiding taking my calls lately.

It is not only the thought of loss of advance amount which is

disturbing but more disturbing is the loss of trust that I have/had

with the broker and my wish to build a house in Mysore in the future

 

My birth details are 27.12.1971 , 12.30 am ,Mumbai

On the 26th venus my yogakaraka was in 4 th house but vakri.

The lord of 4th house ( Jupiter is presently in the 2nd house and in

the 3rd house in the horoscope)

Presently venus is forward moving and there is a parivarthan with

Jupiter ( 2nd and 4th house parivarthan )

In my horoscope there is a parivarthan between Jupiter the lord of

4th and Mars (karaka of land and properties)however the lord of 12th

house ie Sun is placed in the 4th house.

 

 

Please let me know in case the deal will go through and whether I

have happiness indicated through land and house.

I have very similar horoscope like you ,

( expect moon) the rasi chart is exactly similar.(being

born few days before you)

 

Navamsa is very different

 

My DOB is 21-12-1971

7:25 AM

Place : Palghat , India

 

I could purchase one plot in Bangalore

but had to undergo lot of tension,

had fight the builder , lost around

50000/- . Iam also undergoing jup-sat

 

As we both have 2 parivartan

4 and 12 (Jup, Mars)

 

2 and 6 ( Sat , Venus)

 

can somebody throw some light on this.

 

Like what will be effect of 4th Lord

in 12th and 12th lord in 4th .

 

Will career overseas suit us

 

Learned members share us some view

on the dreaded 2 parivarthan in our

horoscope .

 

will we have a good career abroad?

 

BTW , nilesh , are you still in india

did you try any luck abroad

Hi Sreekumar,

 

Though we have planets in same signs but for moon I think we have

very different horoscopes as we have different ascendants, yours

being Sagitarius whereas in my case it is Virgo.
