In fact, while looking at the results I obtained I realized that I transposed 1783 to 1738, so I did it again with the right year and received - 2 Cancer 44' 22.65" not much different from the original, but still different from the others who are using JHora 7.02. I am at a loss to explain the differences. King George III was known as an insane king for the mental problems he had. It was just by chance that I was studying his horoscope when I found the similarities between this horoscope and the one that Christiane had put up. His exchange of 9th and 10th lords made him a king but there is no such exchange in the unknown ladies horoscope. For a moment I thought my software may be giving some wrong placements. Yes, different software can give different readings which could be due to differences in Ayanamsa, but as long as we all are getting the Cancer ascendant its fine. I was going over the horoscope of King George III (known as the insane king) while studying mental problems when I found great similarities between his horoscope and the one put up by Christiane. Just go through the two horoscopes and you will find amazing similarity. Notice the Mercury in the 12th house and the aspect of Mars on it. Mercury is in Gemini. Both the natives suffered from mental health problems. Perhaps in those old, old days people were simple called insane , now we label them as schizophrenics. This , I feel is proof enough that astrology works, no doubt. BTW, Barney has given the link to King George's horoscope, should you like to have a look at it. Studying King George's chart however, one must keep in mind that he literally died of years from a disease known today as Porphyria which is quite different than schizophrenia or other mental disorders of distress that we classify today.. Too, it is known that he had suffered for years from arsenic poisoning. Something that many in his time suffered from because of the vessels that they drank from besides other maladies of the time. All in all though, his chart makes a fascinating case study. I will upload his birth data information and biography in the database. Uttara p.s. If you or anyone else gets a chance, "The beautiful Mind" about John Nash's life of Schizophrenia, staring Richard Crowe, about the suffering of schizophrenia genuis is on the Movie channels of late. If not, one can order it from the web or local movie store. It really is a very good portrayal of what real paranoid schizophrenia is all about and one similiar to our young 19yr old girl Artsyflower, in the "Reference Chart" table who has recently been diagnosed and suffering from.. In particular: (a) Are you using the correct year. King George III was born in 1738, not 1783. (b) Are you using the correct date format.
