If lord of the 2nd is weak, afflicted, in rasi sandhi it leads to addiction. In the case of Winston Churchill, 2nd lord is Venus placed in gandanta sandhi in the 3rd house rendering Venus very weak. Moreover Scorpio is a watery sign. I feel this explains his weakness for drink. Maybe others can locate some more features of this horoscope? As ever, Neena P.S.
