You can obtain the sunrise/sunset times from Jagannatha Hora. You can download the MS Excel file at http://www.geocities.com/a48919062/Jyotish/Tattva_yama_calc.xls I'd appreciate it if you could let me know if there are any errors (though I've tried several combinations), and also any improvements that I could make. You can see how he is calculating starting tattwa and then how he is following the sequence. e.g. if starting tattwa is "Akasha", then consecutive tattwas are Prithvi, jala , agni, vayu with 2, 3, 4 & 5 periods respectively. Also please see his YAMA calculation. I have made the neccessary changes in XLS, please see the attachment and give your feedback on it.
