Siddhadisodhana chakra

Dear list, Namaskar,

I've been trying to understand the method of checking the suitability of

a mantra using the sequence of aksharas - VRA 4.3.2. But I cannot

understand the use of the Siddhadisodhana chakra given by Sanjayi.

I cannot find a correlation between that and the examples given

subsequently.

The way I understood it, we should count in a clockwise manner from the

appropriate letter of the name, till we arrive at the appropriate letter

of the mantra. However, unless there are errors in both the

examples, this doesn't work.

Can you please explain?
