Guest guest
Om Namo Bhagawate Vasudevay Dear Swee Ji, Namaste. I also look forward to the replies from Shri Feeley and Shri Samarth. Meanwhile I would like to add that yes, these foods are known to help, and at least two more things I know in particular to be useful - 1. Saunf or Cinnamon 2. Punarnava - both the leaves as well as roots as both are diuretics. Among the list given by you, I have seen Methi (Fenugreek) and Tea (green leaf) without milk or sugar to be very effective. Om Shri Krishnaapanamastu. Regards, Radhe Krishna!
