My birth detail: 21 April 1974 . 16:45 Delhi Her birth detail: 18 August 1978, 02:35 AM Panipat Our son was born on 15 December 2003, at 07:00 AM Chandigarh. My query: 1. I am sure that she not coming back. When will I get Divorce. 2. Is there second marriage, if so when is that going to be. 3. Will I get custody of child.
