Jyotish simply does not work like that. If you don't try to look at a broader picture, there's not much point in looking at all. Venus in AL in Aries could mean that you are perceived as a somewhat passionate and virile. But if Venus lords bhadakasthana or a dusthana from AL, this could dent your reputation. Depends what other planets are influencing also. Say if Rahu was aspecting, it would turn from "passionate" to "overly aggressive". Venus with AL in Navamsa means your spouse (or people of the opposite sex) perceive you as passionate/attractive/artistic etc (i.e., Venusian qualities) Isolated combinations are at best guidelines.
