Guest guest
Om Shri Ramakrishna Sharanam Dear Shri Sanjay Rath ji, I am facing a lot of problems domestically and financially to the extent that basic survival at times is threatened. I have consulted many astrologers and they have given me dates after dates, just like they do in courts. I am no longer interested in knowing what the future holds out: All I want extremely eager to know from any learned astrologer is "Why did I, or do I, have to undergo all this suffering". (Not just that it was Dasha of Sun and Sun is not good for you, etc). Can astrology also explain the reason for this penance? What great sins could I have committed? I perceive myself as no angel but I am no devil too! I will be grateful for an analysis if anyone thinks it proper. Thank you A Dasgupta January 20, 1953 Time: 7.08 PM, New Delhi Current Place: New Delhi
Guest guest
|| Om Krsna Guru || Dear Mr. Dasgupta, Namaskar I am very much a beginner in Jyotish, so it is in the hope that my errors will be corrected by the learned members and Gurus that I am writing. You have the curse of Spouse in your chart. Venus is afflicted by Mars and Saturn, while the 7th house has the yuti of Sun and Rahu. Venus is bhadakesh, so this suggests that the curse of spouse comes because of a broken promise in your previous life, causing some shock and sorrow to your spouse. As this happens in the 8th house in Aquarius, this might have been related to income/debt. Now, Mars is also placed in 8th house/Aquarius, so the curse will in this life cause much frustration and anger regarding debt. Mars lords the 5th and 10th house, so the effects of this frustration will be seen perhaps with children, and with career. Meanwhile Saturn is in Libra in the 4th house - so it will cause sorrow related to marriage (Libra) and home. Saturn lords the 7th and 8th houses, so the effects of this sorrow will be felt in marriage/relationships and perhaps chronic illness. Saturn is also causing Sasa Mahapurusha yoga, so you will be good to your servants and enjoy luxury from them. Venus is the Amatyakaraka, so it may be that people who advise you will have a role to play in bringing about the effects of the curse. Looking at Moola Dasa, it seems that though you would have borne the brunt of this curse between 1971 and 1985. However with Vimsottari dasa you were running the Dasa of Sun until last year. The Sun is joined Rahu in Capricorn, so without doubt this would have been a rough period. However you're now into Moon dasa, which I think should be easier going. I think this helps to explain why you are suffering as you are in this life. As regards remedies for the same, you have not asked for any. If you feel so inclined, I see no harm in asking the Gurus to suggest what can be done. I suspect that the aspect of Jupiter in this case will provide a remedy, though it may require some perseverance. However some simple steps initially might be to start fasting on Thursdays and worship of your Ista Devata who I think is Narayana (Om Namo Naaraayanaaya). Helping other couples settle down into marriage will no doubt help also.
