Help Needed with Birth Time rectification

Respected Members,

 

Can anyone help me with birth time rectification.

 

Person born: 16th January 1964

Place: Dar-e-salaam, Tanzania

Time: Exact not known- approx late afternoon..possibly between

4.00pm to 4.30pm

 

Wife: 16-April-1968

Place: Delhi, India

Time: 1.31am

 

Another confusion is that if we work with 4.15pm as birth time, then

natal chart should show Lagna as Taurus or Aries. I get different

both based on the software.

 

The person in question is going through very trying time in his

business and without the correct birth time and lagna( chart )

details...astrology is helpless in giving in direction.

 

Your assistance is appreciated.
