Hora used for Vaiseshikamsa calculation

Does anyone know which Hora Chakra should be used when calculating

Vaiseshikamsa balas? It obviously isn't the Parasari Hora - so do

we use the Jagannatha Hora?

It was Kasinatha Hora as per earlier discussions i.e, when KH was kept

as a secret.

 

Hope Visti will throw some light on this.
