Guest guest Posted August 20, 2005 Report Share Posted August 20, 2005 Dear Visti,Namaskaar I couldnt understand the following lines on P 317 from your new book : "The yoga of the paka rasi will manifest due to the paka rasi i.e. paka rasi joined 2nd/7th house or its lord could lead to Srimantha Yoga results during its dasa." Did you mean to write "the yoga of the dasa rasi will manifest due to the paka rai ...." or is it something else which I am not able to comprehend ?? To make it simple; when judging the results of the paka rasi, also look for yogas and lordships of planets involved. Example; Say you are running Virgo Dasa and lord Mercury is joined the dhanesha (2nd lord) from lagna. Then in Virgo Dasa the person will experience Srimantah Yoga because of the Paka Rasi joined second lord. As for Dasas. Maybe in the future i’ll write about what i’ve learnt regarding Vimshottari dasa, but Narayana dasa is such an important dasa that i could not ignore it in the first release. What if there are no occupants/aspects to the dasa rasi ? So in such cases can we assume that lord governs the first two periods ? 2. Lord of the dasa rasi is paka rasi and paka rasi shows where the energy is focussed during the dasa. For example, in my case I am under Sg Narayan dasa and the paka rasi is Taurus. Taurus is 11th house fron natal lagna so can I say that my energy will be focussed on 11th house matters of income/occult learning etc and at the same time what I am required to do is shown by Sg which is 6th(service) from natal lagna. Ju(6th and 9th lord) is aspecting lagna,4th and 7th houses by rasi drishti. Lagna has 1,4th and 7th lords, so does it activate any rajyoga? I will wait for your article on Vimsottari dasa and it will be great if you can even jot down one on Dasamsa.
