The objective of my email was to show which kind of organizations are selling CDs, yantras and other Jyotish products and services like readings etc. A very well known mantra full of errors just show their qualifications. Law should be made to stop all these activities. What people will get from them against hard cash? Wrong mantra CDs and fake yantras? So you must fast on the day signified by the lord of the upapada (e.g., Sagittarius, lord Jupiter, so fast on Thursdays). This applies for all relationships like Rafal said. Upapada is Arudha of the Twelfth house. If Upapada (UL) is in Cancer then You fast on Monday (Moon), if it is Leo then Sunday, if Virgo then Wednesday, if Libra then Friday. It is best to check that 5th lord is relating to the 7th lord and does not have harmful combinations including aspect of malefics. Check the nature of problems: Are they arising out of parents (boy's or girl's) relatives society out of basic character differences out of a 3rd person etc. Depending upon the same do puja for the planet afflicting the relationship. Strengthen the upapada that has been suggested by Sri Rafal. varunachar Posted June 20, 2010 Report Share Posted June 20, 2010 Meaning no disrespect, some corrections to the first few (to the best of my knowledge; please excuse me if I am wrong): 1) dharaNii-garbha-sambhuutam. 2) ruupeNa-apratimam would be the correct split. 3) I feel that "saumya" in this context might mean "born of sOma" rather than "gentle". 4) himakunda-mRNaala-aabham would be the correct decomposition, mRNaala being the fibrous root. 5) SanaiScaram == SanaiH caram == to him who moves with sloth.
