Dear Visti,

In the Mumbai lecture, you have explained about planets in 1,2,4,5,8 and 11 from

4th from Sun in D10, giving good job availability in their MD. Planets placed

elsewhere are not likely to give good job availability, exception being Malefic

in 3rd from 4th from Sun i.e.6th from Sun and MD of Sun which is the karka for

giving new job.

This gets validated in 7 out of 8 new jobs in my case. The exception was a job

that I got in Jupiter dasa (DOJ: 1/1/76). Jupiter is placed in 3rd from Sun,

i.e. 12th from 4th from Sun. Just wondered if there is an astrological reason

for this exception? I stayed longest in that job!

One more question! During the phase of frequent changes (Sat-Venus dasa), an

astrologer had predicted the number of jobs that I would change. Would that be

based on some technique?

planets (in this context) either give little job-availability, or force one

into getting a job if their karakatva is friendly towards the job. However in

both cases much job-advancement isn’t there.

Saturn,

Jupiter, Mercury and Sun are all karakas of the tenth house, hence their

obstruction can force the native into taking a job... i.e. it will not be of

personal choice.

In this

case Jupiter could have forced you into taking a job due to monetary reasons,

and also for the sake of training others in your skills.
